The SEP Oil and Water Separator from nano-purification solutions utilizes their proprietary STERLING filtration media for efficient and effective separation of oil from water found in compressed air system condensate. The expansive process begins as the condensate enters the primary filter, which depressurizes it and captures solid particles to protect the secondary filter. Next, bulk hydrocarbons are caught within a high capacity oil absorbent, before the remaining water proceeds to the final deep bed filter. The STERLING filtration media effectively absorbs oil, reducing outlet oil concentrations to 5ppmv or less. The remaining water can be disposed of safely in accordance with environmental regulations. The service life indicator provides a visual indication of the service interval for up to one year, with a fresh indicator set provided in each new service kit.
